I would be a sextant. You have to hold me with two hands to see the stars. This is not a toy. Do not leave it within the reach of young children. Shake vigorously before each use. Do not inhale. Wash your hands after use, and dry thoroughly to prevent chapping. (Whatever chapping means.) (Giving germs to your chaps?)

Pneumatic nail gun. Pretty easy for me to decide. I'm awesome to hold in your hand and you have all the power for me to nail you repeatedly. If you want you can actual adjust the speed of how fast you wanna get nailed

I couldn't think of what kind of tool I would be since it would imply I'd have to be useful for something.
