I can't get it to work as it says that it can't "authorize connection". What's that all about?

Does the person you are trying to IM have the feature turned on? Many people turn this feature off.

Hi Italianmaid, If you are in stealth mode, you will not be able to initiate the IM feature. We tested this earlier today, and it seems to be normal. If you continue to experience problems, please let us know. Thanks, Mark

We are now aware that the Mingle2 instant messenger is up one minute and down the next at this time, in spite of our recent attempts at correcting it. We are continuing to work on it, but there may still be some occasional downtime.
