I didn't cook. I went out to eat, had the best ribs and wings.

left over chinese, with extra soy sauce. pork fried rice, extra shrimp and chicken.

For dinner am cooking spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread. For dessert is lime jello and vanilla ice cream. For drink is pineapple mango juice.

Chicken breast baked in tinfoil with herbs and lemon juice, peas slow cooked in a creamy buttery sauce, Baked potato with chives butter and sour cream ( ok i added a few bacon bits ) , a green leaf salad, with tomato and cucumber.. and iced tea..

My new roommate is an international chef so he does the cooking around here. He's making a steak and some kind of rice concoction tonight. I'm handling the dessert part though...strawberry shortcake! My favorite!
