Hi B!
Family started calling and texting me at 2:30 am telling me not to go to work today. lol It's been overblown a little but everyone is being cautious. |

Okay, life was a little more exciting today
than needed :-) Every time I got a cat into the car, 2 jumped out...grrrrr...took some food but was afraid to eat because there was no where to pee. I am telling you, all the emergency vehicles tearing up and down the street with their sirens and lights going starting around 5am, was the worst part, the tsunami turned out very mild. 3 1/2 feet is all. Cats are all, hey, let's do that again!! Camping trip for them, thank goodness none used the crapper in the car :-) Couple ladies parked next to me at the evacuation site asked to use it though. Thanks for the concerns nerk, bastet, Tribbles, Row, you're dolls :-) |

Glad to know you're ok, Soufie. I'm smiling at the picture of you trying to get all the cats in the car. I'm wondering how the heck will I be able to do the same with 5 dogs. when reality hits. Like, something to pee in, when there are no facilities. Everyone had food and water, no problem there. Next time I will try to remember to put a wet washcloth in a sealed baggie, many uses, and tidy. Maybe something to read. Keep your cell phone charged. Know how to turn off the gas..outside. 5 dogs huh? I have a van, so we were all comfy. A cat at every window, watching, having the best time :-) |
