Blunts They seem real popular.... no clue why Is it the mixture gives it extra zing? like If I inhale a cigar, It gets me plastered! Yeah it was right outside my window but I'm on the 2nd floor. They had the brother leaned up against my car. Not sure what he did but they sure made a production of it. There were 3 cop cars and 5 cops........

Oh your poor car. At least you were able to help in a small way. Sounds like a wanted man. I watched my neighbor get arrested not long ago. He was back later that day though so it couldn't have been too serious.
