Like strawberries, blackberries are in my refrigerator. If you ever come by I would have strawberries ready for you. Plain cheesecake is also very grand. bigsmile bigsmile bigsmile

OMG!!! I had the best lunch! take one red cabbage finely shred just under a quarter, grate two fresh carrots, julienne a red pepper, (capsicum) half a red onion, add a large dollp of japanese sweet mayonaisse...and top with yummy toasted tofu coated in Biryani spices.

divine! and I have to laugh at the latest 'superfood' craze...what was old stock vegetables are the new trend.

You can also try the Japanese Kani salad. Just add some shredded crab meat. I always eat this together with salmon sashimi.

thanks, however vegetarian here... I don't eat anything with feathers fur fins or eyes.

Ooops! My apologies! bigsmile

Ok, I will then recommend this tofu dish I ate at a Thai resto. The tofu was steamed then gently fried. Sweet chili sauce was added, together with minced red bell peppers. I forgot the name, but it was quite yummy.
