high tokerz! The weather is nice here-not hot & not cold! I am lovin' it, but wish it didn't get dark so early. Been walking the dogs at night though and its been nice. When it snowed here in 2008 my friend Kris & I had so much fun making a snowman. she wanted to make 2 anatomically correct snow people, but we got 1 with everything

i'm hoping for a non-repeat of last years almost 60" of snow.... this was out front, my son is pulling shovel duty. it dumped a foot or two more beyond this... THIS is SNOW... ugh.
and i think you're right soufie on the view we'd be going for

it was pretty crazy, i had a house full of my sons friends who couldn't get home for a few days, we lost electricity for awhile, ended up getting a new roof and a whole house of carpeting from the ice (and subsequent melting) damage. the boys made over $1000 shoveling people out. still....i could live the rest of my life and not see snow again and be fine with that

Do 13 hrs or more of this in a house with 5 kids for most of February. It's probably worse than water boarding (sp?)

Oh no! It's bad enough with traffic here on rainy days to know that if it snows do NOT go far from the farm! 50,000 college kids with cars & cell phones = vehicular war zone! We had a week long ice storm back home (Beaumont area) in 98 or so & ended up with lots of family since we had heat & only lost electricity for half a day. |
