Hello, FarmerRob. The same is true for Mingle2, yes. You'll have to create a new account and deactivate this one, for a new user name.

How to Chenge my username plz help me Can I change my user name? Once an account has been created, it is not possible to change its user name. So, in order to get a new user name, you will have to register again. Since we only allow one Mingle2 account per email address, you'll have to use another email address to create the new account.
