They're equally dumb. Obama just has better puppet masters who make him SOUND eloquent, even though his speeches are full of lies, contradictions, and propaganda. I'm sure Bush would have sounded smarter if he read from a teleprompter instead of memorizing his speeches.

Well, he could read in College well enough to fool the faculty. I'm not a Bush fan by any measure, but it's silly to say he can't read. His speech impediment is funny, tho.

The OP is a case in point. He has his speechwriters give him something to read that says EXACTLY what the Democrats and Lefties want to hear, and so, to them, he sounds brilliant. |

He has his speechwriters give him something to read that says EXACTLY what the Democrats and Lefties want to hear, and so, to them, he sounds brilliant. Sounds like someone has never actually read the writings of a president before her lifetime.  In reality, there are very few presidents who AREN'T smarter than Obama. BO is a heavy contender with Lincoln for most corrupt and murderous, though.
