Considering that racists want everyone to believe that racism doesn't exist, it makes it pretty hard to believe them. The reason the bill promotes racism is that it states that an illegal alien can be identified on sight. "suspicion of being illegal" How do you identify an illegal alien on sight? Can it be done without being biased or prejudice to one type of people? That is racism or prejudice or discrimination, whatever you want to call it, it is illegal and wrong. factualy most illegals are of mexican decent. so does it not seem logical that is who should be asked. have u ever been to mexico. there illegal immigrants are treated ten times harsher then that. In Az., as with all other states that have enacted tough stances on Illegals, any Illegal from any country will face deportation. The laws don't specify just Mexicans. It's only the Illegal Mexicans and those who support them who are whining about it. So if the law states you can stop a person based on the "suspicion of them being illegal" on sight. How do you do that since some illegals are white and some are black? How can you suspect an illegal is an illegal on sight?

The law states, if someone is suspected of a crime, they are in a traffic stop, checked for vagrancy, etc., they can be checked for citizenship status.

"President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy," Clinton told the interviewer on station NTN 24. "And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act.” Holder is expected to also claim in his suit that the Arizona law will be enforced in a way that could cause discrimination based on race and nationality. That darned Constitution! If only it didn't exist, the Obama regime could do anything it wanted! It seems the Obama regime is so dumb they can't read the 10th amendment, and requires the Supreme Court to read it to them!

FOR ANY LAWFUL CONTACT MADE BY A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL OR AGENCY 21 OF THIS STATE OR A COUNTY, CITY, TOWN OR OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THIS 22 STATE WHERE "REASONABLE SUSPICION EXISTS THAT THE PERSON IS AN ALIEN" WHO IS 23 UNLAWFULLY PRESENT IN THE UNITED STATES, A REASONABLE ATTEMPT SHALL BE MADE, 24 WHEN PRACTICABLE, TO DETERMINE THE IMMIGRATION STATUS OF THE PERSON. THE 25 PERSON'S IMMIGRATION STATUS SHALL BE VERIFIED WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT 26 PURSUANT TO 8 UNITED STATES CODE SECTION 1373(c). How do you reasonably suspect a person of being an illegal alien without being racist?

No kidding, not to mention the Arizona Law basically mirrors the federal law. Not to mention that this lawsuit wont work, the Federal Government cant interfear with state laws. So there goes Obama and his idiot Justice Department lawyers who should be going after criminals, terrorists etc. Great use of resources asswipe.

now i am not claiming this to be true but i read somewhere that obama told a high ranking offical from egypt that he was still muslim. did anyone else hear about this. if it is true it explains alot of his actions over the last year Actually what he stated is that America's a Muslim nation.

Oh trust me I have, being it was a campaign issue here in the primaries. Also they can not stop someone for anything other then committing a criminal offense, there's a little thing calling the constitution that portects against illegal searce and seizure. You are just once again spouting off liberal talking points without a background in politics or law enforcement(which I have a background both fields.)
