Well then based on those assumptions I would have a husband and kids.... Alright then I'm gonna revise it. Anyone outside that category that appears to have a family should be making eye contact with the guy staring at her throughout the whole store, sometimes following her, and want to be behind her in the cashier isle. Women always say that guys don't make it obvious or don't pick up the signals. It's also true for women. That's kind of an odd assumption. I hate going into town so I try stocking up with non-perishables so I only need to go in once every two weeks or so. I also shop Costco for bulk stuff which pushes other things a month to every 6 weeks before I need to re-up. It mostly works, though for milk I'm in every other or every two days, and that's only because of the limited space in the fridge. If I had a second, I could go longer. I buy 4 gallons of milk at a time because I drink so much. |

Strong bones yes. Teeth, not so much. My brother accidentally busted out my two front teeth one time when we were kids, so they're caps. And 2 years or so ago I got slammed in the face by one of the goats, and it kinda crunched the right side cheek bone a bit.
Fortunately, however, despite all the stupid stuff growing up especially with the horse, its amazing the I did as well. Lollol! |

The single women are out there. It all depends on what you are looking for.
You want someone fun and crazy and silly that is just looking for a good time? Go to a dance club. Not a corner bar, but a club. She'll most likely be there with several of her single friends, possibly dirty dancing with them to catch your eye. Want someone who is looking for more than just a fleeting thing? These days its going to be more difficult because the majority of us are trying online dating 
Beyond that, little hole in the wall bars can sometimes yield results, but its time consuming. You gotta go there several times, get to know the regulars, start talking to them and get some help with your search. Regulars are EXCELLANT at tellin you who is single or not. All the good ones are, of course, on Mingle

The single women are out there. I would tend to agree, but I'm using a slightly different connotation of "out there" than I assume you intended....! It all depends on what you are looking for. That's the thing I find the scariest -- I've been dabbling with dating sites on and off for 10 years and have yet to run into anyone even remotely compatible....! I suspect you're right, but all of the good ones are 897,000 miles away from me. And, as the universe is expanding, they will continue to be farther and farther away as time goes on....! When, oh when, will someone set up a dating site for authors? I mean, if they can have one for gay bears....hell, bears can't even write books, probably.... |

you go grocery shopping right? talk to people there. Look for people getting smaller amounts of food. The person grabbing two bags of oranges is buying for a large group. the person with two or three individual ones is more likely then not single.  im gonna try that one! i never really noticed what was in peoples carts lol but if they were packed full to the top i did notice that... and did think they must have a big family.. seriously though never thought to examine their groceries i think ill do it for kicks next time!

You didn't see one single woman at Wal-Mart? I find that kinda hard to believe... 
There are plenty of women there, yes. pushing cart with a baby in it and while the 2nd one walking beside her and her husband is at home watching TV. Those are plenty. I've been in Walmart with my kids by the cart.....doesn't mean I have a husband at home. |

Ok..not here on mingle, I mean in "real life" ~ outside, stores, streets etc. I had to go to 3 different stores (including a book store, Walmart, Bestbuy) and I didn't see 1 single woman in any of the stores even though that wasn't my purpose but I took a note of it (just so I can b1tch about it here :). So...where are they? I figured, if they don't go to pubs, they must go somewhere..right? If they won't go to meet guys in pubs and bars..I figured they don't expect the guys to ring a bell at each house and ask if there is a single woman living there..right?
Now with the good weather; have you tried the parks, walking trails, beaches? The last thing I want to do is be inside shopping when the weather is so nice. Speak of; I have a date with my lawnmower now. Cheers. |

I lived in CT (West Hartford) for 10 years. Loved it.
You don't sound very happy though. Perhaps it's not the place but you being dissatisfied with 'you' ?? Just wondering

This is the first nice weekend we have had in months. Another option is to try joining some groups. I am a volunteer for Charity drives, I teach music to kids, and also play in a band. Have met some wonderful people and made some new friends. Or you could even take a class to meet women. The possiblilities are endless really. |
