I tried renaming the dish "Hot Tub Lester" but my family was not impressed. The second pig head had part of his snout removed because of his really course hair, so we named his batch (different spices) "Cold Sore Fester", but apparently that name didn't draw crowds either! Both batches taste a little gamy!

Well I will have to admit just the name Head Cheese would make me think twice before I ate it. And now with the other description I think you have totally made up my mind for me not to try it.........

It's been a week...you haven't eaten all of that head cheese yet???
How about fixing up a bunch of little boxes with bows and deliver them around the neighborhood? |
