If it is out : Schlotsky's Original Cheese ... ... ... NOTHING like it ... Final answer! My kitchen turns out a great many ... I'll return for that ... Ooooooh how I miss schlotsky's... we had one in my town but it closed

If it is out : Schlotsky's Original Cheese ... ... ... NOTHING like it ... Final answer! My kitchen turns out a great many ... I'll return for that ... Ooooooh how I miss schlotsky's... we had one in my town but it closed Absolutely!!! We drove from Houston to Austin for one, back in my college days ... ... To the original one, a hole in the wall started by two UT guys/students! Back then, they were SO big ... I could make it last for 2 days, nothing else!!! I was so thankful when one opened in Houston ... YUMMO! ... The one here, in Boulder, just bankrupted due to IRS fraud ... sniff Now, we must drive to the next towne and have them MUCH less frequently ...

Once you've had that Schlotsky's bread and dressing, there is just NO going back! The Schlotsky on Kirby between Montrose and River Oaks!? That is my stompin' gound; I miss it so ...

Zack's roast beef sandwich. Man, they take thick slices of real roast beef, then fry them, stack it so high on a fresh, toasted bun you need to unhinge yer jaw to bite into one, and then top it with the cheese of your choice(chedder, mozza, swiss)

That Alamo Springs burger was delicious! I consider it a whole new food group based on it's level of taste. Incredible!
