learned alot about me. 7 years single and counting.....I don't think there's much more I can learn about me. In fact, I'm starting to get bored with myself. lol Been single all my life as I never married; still learning new things about myself.

I learned the following..... As I am single, I find that, 1. No complaining while Sportscenter is on. 2. I control the radio in the car, so no more girly music. 3. I can lay anywhere in my bed, keep the covers, and fart if I wanna. 4. No sissy curtains. 5. I get all the closet and drawer space. It's alllll mine!!! 6. No freaking stuffed animals on the bed. 7. No more of this, "What do you want? I don't know, what do you want? I don't know, what do you want"...repeated like seven gazillion times. 8. I can pee in the sink. There are more, but this will do for now.

Over 2 years now. Strange at 1st after so many years, but I'm starting to think I prefer it. Becoming somewhat uncivilized, though...not making the bed, eating tuna out of the can...haven't started peeing in the sink, yet. Too inconvenient, I'm thinkin'

I watch Sportcenter finally without any complaints. 2. I listen to Bocelli without him changing the cd. 3. I don't have to be swallowed up in so many comforters because he's cold all the time. 4. I took down all the lace curtains and put up bamboo miniblinds. 5. I took all the closets and 3 dressers for all my sh_t! 6. I gave all the stuffed animals to the Huskies. 7. I don't have to hear all the time "what's wrong" "what r u thinking" 8. I don't have to worry about pee at the base of the toilet! But I sure do miss the spooning! There are more, but this will do for now.

I want to meet more singles learned alot about me. ME TO,,,,, Learned just how BAD I HATED BEING ALONE.... But THEN ya get use to it,,,and then THAT BECOMES NORMAL,,then your to old to care anymore as no one finds you attractive.. THEN WE DIE,,, YES,,,being ALONE has taught me ALL THAT.. Damn T..just depress the hell outta me why don't ya?..lol

Being single has been good for me. It wasn't a choice I made but then not all of my choices have been good ones, either. Have learned to take the good with the bad. All part of growing up. Like learning how to do my own laundry; Washing my own dishes and even cleaning up after myself. So many things that somebody else did for me I can do for myself now. Mom said she had confidence that I could do it. It just took some effort on my part. Fake it to you make it still works for me.

learned alot about me. Absolutely hate living alone and I will never get accustomed to it. I was married for 35 years and I still can't believe my "wife" divorced me. Single life really sucks and I really don't have a choice at all. I'm almost 60 with an amputated leg and who the hell would be so stupid as to start a relationship with me. I wouldn't.

Being single is nice because you can do what the f*** ever you want, but it does get verry lonley when you get snowed in.

First time posting. I have been single for 12 years now, and I agree with some of the postings-they made me laugh-which is something I do not do that often lately. Although, I must say, being single is starting to take it's tole. I am ready for companionship. As some has said,I like the singleness, but it does get lonely, especially when you want a hug..

That would be what I miss the most, A good cuddling. I also love to have a good hug, just to be held.
