what confuses me a bit is how SO many cheered and supported this very promise when OBama ran but now so many are supposedly in such abject opposition,,,,wonder what changed(other than alot of fear tactics and false information) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVFdAJRVm94 looks as if they will have a good product,,,the ecards as to the satire,, it was comical and creative,, but not necessarily true (ie. a satire) No its how his supporters portray him as a messiah. quite likely some of his supporters, but not myself or any other supporter I know,,,, Likely? seriously? It's a fact or the media wouldn't satarize it. |

The media satirizes things that haven't happened, typically satire just picks up on a popular rumor and spins it out of control...and then, people much like yourself, are lead by the media like cattle to the slaughter. Hell of a machine I tell ya! |

Wouldn't it be ironic if the truth is that NEITHER side really cares one way or the other about what is important to us...if NEITHER has the country nor our best interests in mind...if NEITHER is invested in anything but what benefits the powers that be, themselves?
The worst thing that could happen to the GOP is the over-turning of Roe vs. Wade. The worst thing for the DNC would be a functional universal health care system. What would either have as a rallying cry? What else would keep the little folk constantly at each other's throats? "Divide and conquer." It's been used successfully for a very long time by BOTH. Simple...nothing new, but obviously effective. Yep, tried and true. |

True, or possibly that was when the veil started slowly dropping from our eyes. |

Before that at least the Presidents did what we voted, after that they just did whatever the hell they wanted too. |

I just hate when my innate optimism and idealism runs headlong into reality... |
