Where I lived less than 5 months ago the crocus are up! My friends love telling me this stuff! LOL Here on mid coast Maine we are having temps averaging 10 degrees above average so no complaints! Going to be 60 on Wednesday - will I be on the beach or what!? Can't wait to have my first Maine spring. Life is so good - if only I could find that elusive job....never say die!

that happened to me. when I was going to college, as I was sitting at a stop light, he flew in, I jumped out. What a knucklehead. Good thing it was a old VW bug and it died or woulda had a serious accident.
The Mockingbirds have made a nest in the tree in front of my place. Pretty cool, watching them. |

Been outside most of the day. In a chair. Soaking up huge amounts of Vit D!! Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm your body makes Vitamin D when you are exposed to the ultraviolet B (UVB) rays in sunlight. You probably need from 5 to 30 minutes of exposure to the skin on your face, arms, back or legs (without sunscreen) twice every week. Sooooooooooooooooo yes Tammy you were getting Vitamin D due to sitting in the sun and enjoying the rays.............. |
