To absorb natural Vitamin D from the sun, one must not bathe off their natural oils for 4 hours before and after sun exposure. Very true, but unless the person lives close to the equator the sun will not supply them with D 3 for more than a few weeks anyway. Eating fish everyday or taking a good D3 supplement is the best way to go (unless they use full spectrum lighting). They will also have fewer colds Yes! ... I love you, (((((((William))))))) ...

ok....my intentions were to bring (or find) good vibes to this thread... i think i've done the opposite I thought I was bein' positive. Sorry. I was tryin' to give hope.... Hey bro ya did a good job!!!!!! U are positive and we need more of that!!!

A Global funk? Most people do walk about in quiet desperation.... Vitamin D? Overdosin' Bay-bee! It's a residential hazard! I have no time for the self pity parties, no time for the self medicated anti - depressant. Globally, societally depression is indicative of the social well being of the herd.... and a strong indicator that this global herd ain't healthy, nor the societies created. The 'convenience orientated, instant gratification culture' is NOT working on a psyche level, an instinctual level or an innate level....it's glaringly fricken obvious!

What to do about it? Remove the 'Must have more' mindset.... Remove the 'Must have it NOW' mindset.... DO more....G I V E....instead of take.... BE more... and before you know it internal equilibrium returns...you are so busy DOING and BEING for others...the societal herd...there is no selfish depression to wallow in.

We have to learn that helping others, no matter how small it may be, does the soul a WORLD of good!!! If I didnt get laid off I could not have volunteered to help homeless dogs!!! i am going to go back to college to get my Masters and work with abused kids!!! that is my Karma and this is what God wants me to do!!

Don't just feel the connection, take an active part in the connection... Stop talkin' and thinkin' that got any work done, esp if the talk is self centered to spectacularly isolated extremes!
