should we all stay and flip this before anyone gets back Lets flip :) do you drink soda with caffine at night. I can't have caffine at night anymore either. Can't give it up it the daytime. I did the Valerian root too :) im having coffee when I get home, 4:30-5:00 Dont drink much pop unless it has BV in it LOL

And Melitonin I think it is spelt. Go to a health food store GNC like Jan said. I get good stuff there for my stomach.

Well it is better than decafe :)
