Hobo is much better, and no, I havcen't found out and probbly never will. 
No..I don't know the people here or how they feel about anything..and it is not that uncommon for people to shoot animals that are on their property or if they think they are strays..People have a bad habit of dumping their pets out in the country. SOmetimes they form packs and kill livestock or chickens. I'm afraid it's not a perfect world for the animals when they are dumped. Maybe the owners should be dumped 
It's not just here..I'm sure y'all have the same problems..kids wants pets and get them, won't take care of 'em, the parents think " oh fluffy is cute, I'll take him down the road and he'll find a home ' or oh he's a dog..he can fend for himself' sometimes it's more humane to put them down than to see them dease ridden and starving. |

But there was a female in heat hanging around..so I can't honestly say he was on the ranch when it happened..and hobo was a dog that was dumped out here a year ago. Brenda took him in. |

How's your weather Tim? Last wk was nice here... 40's and 2 days at 52.. lots of sun but woke up today to lots of wind and about an inch of snow and bitter cold.. wind chill was 3.

Well, I was lucky enough to inherit a little money from my mother in law last fall and figured I might as well do it now while I have the money and am physically able.. Want to drive back from Albur. up to Taos.. have always wanted to see all the pueblos and churches there.. |

I know what you mean.. people were wearing shorts and when it got up to 52, we were going to break out the margaritas and have a pool party!!

Would you believe I bought 2 Xmas ornaments yesterday? lol Had a little time to kill between appts and went into a Hallmark store. A long time ago I started to collect the "Feliz Navidad" collectors ornaments.. I didn't get to look for them this yr because of my knee. Well they came out with 2 and I found both!!! One is a santa that sings and shakes his maracas...lol
