i need to find a way to get a better nights sleep....with out drugs any ideas? yes !! Stop caffeine And stop eating sweets so late at night. You just a bootful of sugar and that will keep you up. I had a pop with my supper the other night and didn't sleep at all. Try cutting it out and see what happens. Also I think you eat too late .

Betty is right about these things. also you can try Valerian Root or Tryptophan... both natural remedies which are non-addictive and can be found in any health-food store.

Also I think you eat too late . i try to eat when I feel like it, takes me a while to wind down after a day in hell and I didnt have any sweets past few night and i still wake up at midnite
