I love the spanish moss and old houses. Just moved here about a year ago. Yeah. Just don't touch the moss. Chiggers love that stuff. I lived right in front of a huge farm. It was secluded, but beautiful. I want to go back. There was an old dirt road lined with pecan trees on both sides, which lead to an old house that was abandoned. There was nothing but farm and woods around me. |

Savannah is ridiculously good for photography, too. |

It is! It's so full of history too. It's one of my most favorite places.

once, when I was in the military, I was in Germany around Christmas time
I had a pretty German fraulein girlfriend and on nice nights we would take walks along the border line with East Germany (they were still Soviet in those days) as we walked we would talk to one of the Red Army guards on the East German side. His name was Rudolph one night we were talking to Rudolph and he told us to hurry before we got caught in the rain. It was a perfectly clear night and I just laughed at him sure enough before we got back to the base it started raining and we were soaked I asked my fraulein girlfriend "How did he know?" and she said "Rudolph the Red knows rain, dear" |
