... Interesting, in Scotland, all the pubs have their own family Scotch, brewed for eons and hugely secreted recipes!
... Every single one is SO different ... so much to do w/ even 'their creek water' and etc... I'm not even a Scotch fan in the least, but these flavours were sublime! One would be smoke, the next heather, the next clover ... on and on! Polson, The Eirish take ya in like nothin' ya have ever seen!!! I got offered the keys to 4 (!!!!) homes, only one hour off the boat that brought me! They reckon they've SO much family in the Us, that if they take care of you ~ their own will be taken care of... Karma Laws ... Never felt SO much love and hospitality ... ( my name and red hair doesn't hurt either ...  ...)
