The Edmonton Max is still an operational prison. I drive by it quite
often depending on the route I take in to the city. Still creeps me out.

well, Kilmainham, or parts of it, are really old, you can see the cell
where they held Parnell, another one of the heroes.
His downfall was a married woman.

i,m sorry you feel that way heatherrae, but Paris is the ultimate
hottie.

paris is a very spoiled brat that needs this very treatment to show here
that she is not above the law. She apparantly thought that mommy would
buy her out of any trouble that she got into. I only wish that they
didn't reduce her sentence in half for good behavior. How can they
determine good behavior when she was not even in prison yet???

they give almost everybody 1/2 time here unless its a violent
crime (prison) then they get 85%.. the jails most of the time do 1/3
here...

picked up passed out and drunk in my car on main street at 3 in the
afternoon when I was 17...took me to jail..and I spewed
all over the place..my mother & father picked me up that evening..I woke
up the next day and didnt remember a thing..so they told me what I
did...
went to court 3 times & they kept cancelling the court date..finally got
in front of the judge & he said it had been too long ago & dropped all
the charges..

Well yeah, I was on a "routine" traffic stop where it took four cops an
hour to search my car when I finally smart mouthed one of them and he
handcuffed me. I spent the night in jail. I got harassed by the cops
for having long hair and loud mufflers for years. I have three friends
on probation now and that system is just broken, run by sadistic people.

i MAY have gotten pulled over when i MIGHT have been a BIT underage, and
COULD have been under the influence....



my mom being the gem that she is let me sit it out overnite.....
lucky for me 2 things COULD HAVE happened....

1) it MAYBE was already 4 a.m. and the jail MIGHT have a policy to
release at 7 am
2) i COULDA known the cop who MAY HAVE arrested me.... and he MIGHTA
gave me the ticket n sent me on my way













unfortunately the judge WAS my aunt in law.. (small town) n she thought
it was hillarous to bring up at the next family reunion..






to this day i maintain that i do NOT know of teh events of which she
speaks.....











ok not a huge jail story.. but still we ahd a good time in there.. they
let all my friends have the cells next to me so it was like the end of a
party when the beer runs out..
