Shelley, it wouldn't hurt to tap off a quick letter to the editor,of your local newspaper, about the 'incident', and your concerns regarding all of it. The lack of assistance, from both the cab driver, and the police. Not a nasty letter...just a statement of facts... |

Sorry to hear what happen to you Native....It's just wrong. I guys this
is why I moved out of LA. I was jumped by three guys and while I was on the ground they were kicking my head. When they stopped I got up but was in a daze but had enough sense to get the club that you lock your stirring wheel with and chaced them. I was only able to get one and I'm sure when i was don't he felt worse then I did the next day. It just sucks they way kids are brought up in todays world in some areas. |

I still can't believe that happened to you ... like you said - maybe in

If you call them saying they didn't even have a record of me calling on
Sunday or ever dealing with them satisfaction...UMMMMMMMMM NO!!!!!! I'm fuming right now & not in a good mood...Even the reporter tried screwing us over...!!!!!!! I think a new country is in order!!!!!!!!

That's sad that people live in fear of the local police department. Not
much different out west. Edmonton had one of the most corrupt police forces in North America for some time. They say it's changed but I doubt it. Just better at hiding their indescretions. |
