**stretching and casually walking down the stairs from her room, De'Lana re-enters the 'tavern' part of the Inn. She looks around, crooks an eyebrow, the shrugs and heads for the bar. Seeing no one in the bar, she looks around once then steps behind the bar to find herself a mug to fill with ale. With ale in one hand and a stale piece of bread she found in the other, she comes out from behind the bar and finds a seat**

**with her mug drained and her found bread eaten, De'Lana looks around once more. Still seeing no one, she looses a heavy sigh and gets up to head to her room for another day of worship and hoping she runs into the prince again**

*enters the Inn, cloak coverings her from head to toe. She takes a seat in the dark corner watching.*

::Shortly after the redheaded one; Kashell slipped in as well. He wonder silently to himself what her rush was as it seemed like the last few miles she just wanted to get back her or maybe it was just away from him. She moved to her corner and he moved for the bar. He leaned against it, with his head slightly lowered and he inched a bit further down the line. The lights in this place just seemed to bother his eyes.::
"..the usual." ::He said to the woman behind the counter:: |
* see the red haired one enter and wonders how she managed to escape the fate that befell her mother *
* looks around the room, never moving his head. Observing everything and nothing * |
*She starts to hum her song watching him with a small smile on her face. All the feelings are new to her, she feels like a little child. She shakes her head.*
::As the keep returned with his drink he nodded in thanks before he would turn to face the room. Those blues peered out from beneath his hood as he made his way for his place on the sill. His two fingers raised to the lantern by his spot. It would appear someone re-lit it and those fingers would put it out.::
"..better." ::He said to himself as he would turn and slide within his spot. Crouched like usual; one leg dangling like usual; but this time he wasn't as deep in numerous and varying thoughts.:: |
*She looks over at him wondering why he had not sit with her. She sighs an puts her head down*
::Well, if she would have learned anything about him thus far; he was among the shyest of people. He wanted to but only felt like burden. He rested his head back against the the wall, and contemplated going over; but what would he say? 'Hey I uh.." that was as far as he could get. He sighed to himself and his pathetic little ways.::
"..." ::So his eyes drifted closed but his fingers continued to tap along his mug to make it known he was far from sleeping.:: |
*She jumps up an walks over to him. She gets close.*
Do you mind if I join you? |
:;He lifts his head forward, she could probably feel thewarmth of that smile from beneath his hood as he shifted and sat up.::
"Of course not.. I'd love the company." ::As he turned so he'd be facing her and not having his side or back to her:: "I truly do enjoy your presence." |
*she sits on the floor in front of him, looking up to him.*
Tell me more stories..please? |
"Stories..?"
::He chuckles slightly to himself and yeah probably the first time anyone's ever heard him laugh. He would then shake his head slightly.:: "Should I tuck you in first?" ::He shook his head slightly as he took a long drink before setting it upon the table.:: "But I truly do not know what you want me to tell you.." |
*she giggles an taps his leg.*
No you do not have to tuck me in...yet. hmm... tell me something that happen that made you the way you are. |
::He grew serious to her words as he knew exactly what caused but did he really wish to tell a soul about his indifferent past? He would, to an extent but it was the shortened and undetailed version.::
"I was raised by tribal Elders as they knew not who my parents were. I slaved myself daily to prove my worth but in the end the Elder's executed the love of my life..." ::His fingers played with the bracelet around his wrist as he spoke.:: "So.. one night shortly thereafter; I snuck into his chambers and murdered him with his own blade. I then fled... vowing never to return. Not only have I not.. I've been on my own ever since.." ::He tastes a drink and sets his mug back again after he retrieved it for that quenching of his thirst. He looked back in her direction.:: "Not really much to tell other than that..." ::She could sense he was hiding something but who knows, maybe that was for a reason, or maybe he wasn't hiding anything at all maybe he just wasn't telling the entire story.:: |
*she leans in to listen.*
wow, I'm so sorry for your lose. I do know what it is like...my entire town was killed by vampires. I got away thankful. It still haunts me to this day. *she looks down, playing with her cloak.* Its gets hard at times, I do not know anyone. I have been on my own for some time now. Gets lonely. |
::He lowers a bit down towards her as a finger slips under her chin and raises her gaze to look up at him and into those deep blues.::
"You must be strong and always keep your head up; or have you already forgotten what I told you last time?" |
*gazes into his clear blue eyes, almost lost in them. She loses her train of thought.*
uhhh... |
::He just shook his head slightly as he snickered to her response. His thumb traced over her cheek as he then sat back again but his eyes never left her. He then canted his head as she stared at him.::
"You okay?" |
