Well I'm back for a little while took the carpet cleaner back then went and bought grocery's just now got them put up and fixed me something to eat and a glass of tea I'm beat and sore lmao

LISTEN!!! ... Take a nice 20 min. soak in half a bag of Epsom salts ... then ice ... tomorrow you will pay far less a price, dear!!! ... Walmart and Target sell bags for $2 ... I always have at least 6 bags on hand!!! Did ya already take some ibuprofen for inflammation???

Yeah I'm pretty tired went and took me a long hot shower which normally I do the luke warm instead and used the shower massager on it. It helped a lot. But if it still hurts in the morning I will in fact do as you said. Ohhhhh and to you Krupa there is no bush to beat around hehehe
