Agonizing over your body is always tough; skinny, fat, and anything inbetween. I think the trick is staying at a weight where you feel good and can enjoy a normally active life for your age. If you are packing around enough extra that it makes you tired or hurt then it is probably time to say your quality of life is more important than over consumeing.

A word of warning from experience; if you are putting on the pounds under the ample blessings thinking they will distract from the problem you are going to eventually regret it.

I went from 316 to 160lbs for Me, so I would feel better, and yes I'm still classified as over weight but I feel so much better that I'm fine where I'm at and if I lose more great, but if not that's okay to. lol at this point I'm lifting just to tone up the jiggle from loosing it all
