I seem to hurt myself pretty regularly, my bones suffered some serious damage during my dramatic weight lose while caring for Bob as he died and afterwards too. I have had at least (lost count) 9 broken ribs in less than 3 years, and I'm talking from a hug or some such! Worst was 4 broken two days before starting a new job! Ouch that hurt!! |

I tried moving an 800 lb piece of rolling equipment that was sunken into the new rubber flooring at work. It was kind of like trying to move a parked car........
Wound up screwing up my neck, on pain killers and out of work for a few weeks. |
