People have already decided that they are/aren't going to accept what is provided - as to his birth place. Does anyone realize that maybe the original (first/actual) birth certificate no longer exists? shhh I washed my original birth certificate by accident. Does anyone realize that as forms get updated and revised they change format? Not information.I ordered a new/duplicate copy and guess what it looked nothing like the original but had same info. It doesn't matter what is provided. Those who won't accept it won't accept anything else, either. Bingo.

but you were if you were born in puerto rico as puerto rico is part of the united state just because it is not a state does not make it not part of the united states

neither does the second one posted on page one of this thread it says hawaii does not say u s so does that mean hawaii is not in the united states only place u s is mention is under occupation of parent and the name of hospital just looked at mine it says th city and state does not mention the united state neither does that mean i was not born in the united states --- i thnk not nice try fran but you were born in the united states |
