I had to sit my grand-kids down and tell them that G'ma could not buy them presents or make all the cookies that I usually do this year, I cried and cried...it breaks my heart, but I am not even sure how I am going to make it with no income for 4 months...just have to put it in God's hands I guess. |

If a person is unemployed, they at least get a check each month for unemployment...that's why I think it is so stupid to expect us student teachers to go without ANY money...I am not a young college student where my parents help me....I have bills to pay and physically cannot work at night after being on my feet for 8 hours all day!

I don't have any family to ask for help, and my kids are struggling because of all the lay offs.....sad, sad world these days. It kills me that I can't help my kids out too....when Bernie was alive we always helped....now it's all I can do to get myself by. Yes, I KNOW God is there...He is the only explaination as to why I have been able to keep my house these past 8 years and go to college...somehow, the payment is always there! |

Yeap the same here for 4 years. The rent gets paid and some times right up to the day and a window or door opens, it is true :)
