Humm best things about being single.........
I don't have to answer to anyone but myself. If I decide on the spur of the moment I want to go somewhere the only one I have to wait on is myself. When I want to stay up all night on the computer, playing games, reading or watching tv I can and don't hear when are you gonna get through with that . 
If I decide to fix a certain thing to eat don't have to hear well I really don't want that.... 
When I want my alone time there is no problem cause there is no one around. I don't have to make choices for anyone but myself. I can watch what ever channel I want to or listen to what ever kind of music I'm in the mood too. Hummmmmmm since I have a dog heck I have someone that greets me at the door always happy to see me and never makes any demands on me. Sshshsh no wonder I'm still single  could be I actually enjoy being by myself.

Doing what ever want, no one to answer to...come and go as I please. the freedom far outweighs any loneliness, and I do sometimes get lonely. Me too. Not enough to seek less than what I want. But I do come to mingle and that helps. Lots of good people here. No, Never settle, I could have done that already. Yeah, mingle helps. Alone but not really alone, beats watching CNN

and I know when I need the hammer it'll still be in the drawer where it's supposed to be.

Its been nice to be free and not have to answer to anybody. Im getting bored with it now. Maybe its time for someone to keep my *** in line!

I didn't get married until I was over 30. I was married for about 6 years and I've been divorced now for over 10 years. I've had at least a dozzen women that wanted to be with me, but I don't want to give up my single life.
What's the best part or being single? All of it! I'm having a great time! |

Not being criticized for my taste in music, clothing style, etc. if you're with someone who doesn't respect your interests.. then you're with the wrong person. Yeah, see... it took me a while to figure that out.
No one telling me that I can't go golfing cuz we have to go to her parents' house...lol Golfing? 
Sowwy. Why you crying about golfing??? When I was a preteen, the kids in my neighborhood had summers where we would pack backpacks with food, stop at the Pop Shoppe and grab .25 pops, and hike down a trail to the Hangman Creek to jump off the cliffs and swim and piknick. Some of the best memories of my life. Then they razed the area, built tract homes surrounded by a fence, and a golf course right over my creek. I never forgave golf. Why does it need to much room??? We could have SHARED!
It's not golf that you should blame. Blame the developers and the state for allowing that kind of thing. 
Well, what makes them more money? Rich people's gated communities on a golf course, or kids playing in the creek? I HATE money. We should go back to a barter system.

Not having 'things' in the bathroom trash.
When with I will empty every trash in the house but the bathroom. As has been established on 'butt ugly' I am only partly a nice guy. |

Not having to answer to anyone. Being able to be me without worrying it may upset or bother someone. Is it possible to have this... and be with someone also. I think so, but it hasn't happened yet. Everyone I have dated (or married), has wanted to change me. Meh. yup and on that note i think i'm getting my lip pierced next month I love me and if others cant....oh well
