Ok so here's the thing, I go on this one website just to talk to someone, anyone really. It's a site where you meet a stranger at random and chat. Well anyway, I meet this 20 year old girl from Texas and we start talking and talking and talking, and I can't help but feel very understood by her, like there's a strong connection between us. I really want to talk to her again, but she wouldn't give out any info, as far as messengers as a precautionary measure (understandable), and emails she has forgotten apparently.
Before she left, I gave her my phone number, and asked if she'd call me and she said she'd try. I'm afraid I may never talk to her again though, like she might not save my number or she might forget it or forget about me. (sighs) why must things be this way? |

how long had you been talking before you asked her to call you? some people view that as super personal and are reluctant to give out their numbers- if she calls you you can get her number, unless she thinks to block it. she might have just been on the site to have fun, not to pursue anything into real life.

It was just at the end before we said good night. I kinda wish I had told her to save it though or write it down so she wouldn't forget, but can't go back now. |

As in why must it be that the one person I really like, I may never speak to again, that's what I meant. I know she might call, I just fear she won't for some reason. We only stopped chatting a bit ago, and like I said she went to bed for the night, so I won't know what the future holds till tomorrow or so. Perhaps I'm overthinking the whole thing in fearing the worst, I don't know. |

You just gave her your phone number a bit ago and she went to bed. She may call you in the next few days. Yes, you are 100% over-thinking it. |

Yeah, need to just relax, find some things that make me happy in the meantime and just wait and see what happens. If it's truly meant to be, it'll work out. If not, life goes on I suppose. |

Cute is right.
Dont worry hon, Im sure weve all been there. or at least I have The silly things we think. ha ha Listen, rest your head, and know if its right, it will happen. Stop projecting, and let tomorrow come. At very least all this worrying will show whenyou speak again, and you KNOW how lame and psycho it seems to sound desperate. Good luck. |
