What is it that makes men think all it takes for a woman to want to date them is a picture of them holding a fish?

Has anyone noticed how many of these pics are floating around?

Who told them this was a great gimmick?

Does anyone have any ideas on this, because I've been seeing an increase in fish pictures lately and it's really making me wonder...

phew..........i was so worried what was in here when i read the title!

I think it's similar to the "bathroom pic". WHY do we want to see a guy in the bathroom? We avoid the bathroom like the plague when a guy enters it, why would we want to see him standing in it? Is there some unspoken male commentary? "And....this is my bathroom. You know what goes on in here. Sexy, no?" Ummm....NO! But they all felt the need to jump on the bandwagon. Men.

Nooooooo, guys do this?

Reminds me, when Adam and Eve were in the garden and God pulled Adam off to the side and said "Yo, Adam, I just thought of this great idea and I think your gonna like it.." and went on to describe how the parts could interlock and feel really nice... told Adam to try in tonight with Eve and God wold see that she was receptive...


So later that Eve-ening... Adam and Eve make love for the first time ever... most of the night long they like it so much... and in the morning God found Adam sleeping in a bit and woke him, anxious to get Adam's take on this new thing.

He wakes Adam and asks, "So, Adam, how did you like the sex thing?" To which Adam replies "Best thing you thought of yet God, didn't want to stop, and Eve loved it as well. We went on and on and on till we could not go on anymore."

Then God gets wondering about Eve's wherabouts and asks Adam "Speaking of Eve, where'd she run off to?" to which Adam says "Last I knew she said something about taking a swim in the lake, you know, get that stuff off of her.."

Then God, with a startled look on his face, says "Oh Damn, now the fish are gonna smell like that!!"

This has never made any sense to me, unless the guy is trying to help the fish find a girlfriend.

I do have a picture of myself holding a tape dispenser but that's not quite the same thing....

Fishing is a hobby. Tells a little about what you like to do. I have seen alot of woman on here with pics holding a nice catch. See nothing odd at all. Just my 2 cents.

Being a fisherman myself, my guess would be that it's an enjoyable sport, as well as a relaxing activity. It's quiet, it's peaceful, it's a great form of comaraderie. It's best enjoyed during the warm months of the year, and if you've ever gone fishing, anyone can tell you that it's a great feeling putting up a fight taking a nice-sized fish out of the lake, and a proud moment to show the worthy adversary.

hey most girls will not fish. if a pitcher of a fish scares them off then i should also tell them i have a 21 year old girl and a 8 year old girl that is with me full time. that makes them run and to me that is a good thing. they have to accept me for me and who i am.

Ohhhh, a tape dispenser *shudder*. Now, THAT is sexy!
