I do not think my natural hair colour (blond) suites me. Right now my hair is black, and think is suites me better.

I worked hard for this white hair & be danged if I will color it.

Well I have for at least 20 years now and will continue to do so. My hair started turning gray at 16 had one big splotch right in the front left it for years till the rest started turning.
Regardless what anyone says I dye it myself use good conditioners and it still shines no split ends for I do cut it regular as well. My hair is not damaged at all and still as thick as ever....... I color mine for me no one else to me if it makes you feel good then do it and don't pay attention to what anyone else says or does with theirs.

See the gray/silver/white gets the ladies attention.
Prob. reminds them of their Granddads. When I smoked a pipe, that is what ALL the YOUNG ladies told me. Gwen & I would get the biggest laugh, at that.

I know another lady like you wth gorgeous blonde hair 
but she thinks it is too light and she dyes it red...  
 i realize that there are different strokes for different folks
but ohhh, i hate to see young people change their natural beauty
for something unnatural that comes in a box or in a bottle...

why do people..
dye their hair? get braces on their teeth? whiten their teeth? shave? cut their hair? shake the wrinkles outta their clothes? wear clean clothes? paint their nails? trim the ear and nosehairs that grow outta the areas? get caps on chipped teeth? file or cut their nails? use lotion? wear cologne? wear makeup? pluck their eybrows? wear wigs? eat vitamins? remove their corns and warts? why? oh why? oh why? |

but from a health conscious view
not all of those items mentioned are necessary for healthy living or for proper hygiene
dyeing hair is one of those non essentials & only for mere vanity...
