but to make it really easy I used my George Foreman

I had one of those. I loved it. It cooks really fast and very little mess.

To make it easy i let someone else do it and just sit there with a beer.
|
|

I use a gas grill. I make my own smoke and marinade.
My friends cook anything and everything. I put my stuff on after them so my veggies get the remaining flavors or their meats, but I am a vegetarian so .... vegetables and usually shish kabob style! I love BIG portobello mushrooms, zucc, squash, extra firm tofu, potatoes, sourdough bread, corn on the cob, ranch beans .... Oh, I am so hungry now! |

The propane tank thing scares me a little. That sound...when the gas hits the lighter...WHOOSH! I don't like the sound it makes when the flames ignite.

charcoal.
veggie burgers and veggie dogs...asparagus...foil packets with zucchini, squash, potatoes, garlic, butter, bell pepper, mushrooms...whatever veggies i have handy. no meats near mine. public grills have to be completely burned off and cleaned and covered with foil, my personal grill will never have a meat product on it. |

I like to make skewers with peppers and onions BUT it will have chicken or meat on it. I didn't climb to the top of the food chain to eat carrots.

Heck ya give me a steak matter of fact I grilled me a Rib Eye Steak today MR for me. With onions grilled on top don't like my meat burnt. Had a loaded baked potato and salad with it. Hummmm huhhhh good

Believe it or not I have one of those D!ck Butkus paper grills(from the early 90's)
You roll up newspaper put it in light it up and a couple minutes later your burgers done. And it works great. Damn I can't find any pics of it |
