Condoms aren't the only form of birth control that those...now how many...THREE women...could have relied on... Sure there are a lot of dead beat Dads out there...but there's also a lot of women who don't take responsibilty for their actions & bodies... It's a two-way street people...so let's tell the whole story instead of pointing fingers at the one who's not here...BOTH were irresponsible. Exactly what we've tried to say Yes...I see that...my comp runs sloooooow...so sue me...

Okay well since no one else has said this I will. You say he should man up an pay for his child. But should you not woman up and file for child support so test can be run to prove he is the father and give his daughter the benefit of getting child support to help with the things she will need like insurance ect. Even if he does not want to have any contact with her so what that would be his choice but he would still have to pay. And if that is not the road you want to take then it's time to move on and leave the past in the past. For not all Dad's are dead beat Dad's there are just as many women that don't deserve to have their kids and the Dad's should have them. JMO It gets tiring to hear that the Dad is always the one to blame when that is far from the truth........ I agree 100%. as my grandpa would say...put up or shut up

Babies mommas with a grudge against an ex they were foolish enough to get involved with, irresponsible to have sex and children with. And a big chip on their shoulder with dillusional pride........on the next maury povich!

You had doubts about him but had sex with him,the condom broke but still you took no action to prevent a pregnancy.Sounds like your both irresponsible to me Well if you knew how was back then. I was very care-less and irresponsible in every aspect in my life, especially with men. But birth control has become my best friend now. So I'm covered. You speak like that was so long ago. Too me it seems like it. Nonetheless I'm going to shut up and live my life with my daughter because I'm doing such a wonderful job. But all your opinions are more then welcome. You still havent addressed the child support issue other than saying that he wont pay. Are you not going to file for child support? Do you still have hopes that if you dont he will come back? Whats up? I have no intentions what so ever on getting back with him, EVER. I have dicussed filing for child support with a lot of people, and A LOT of people are telling me too, people in my family especially. I'm just really lost at what to do at this point to be honest. I don't think any of you realize I cry myself to sleep from thinking way to much. Its really all in my hands now, so, I'll let you know what I do, or I might not. |

I think I remember at school, sex education was taught to BOTH sexes not just males.Not all fathers are ignorant or irresponsible plus some mothers walk away from their children too so it's not exclusive to the male population.

Way to group all men in one category!
There are some of US DADS out here that go above and beyond with our children!!!!!!!!!!! to that, I have no problem doing everything for my daughter and do anything and everything I can on a day to day basis!!!!
