According to page 15 of her Miss USA contract, obtained by Access Hollywood, she was barred from being “photographed in a state of partial or total nudity.”

Prejean’s contract with Miss California USA also prohibits nudity, stating on page five, “appearing in public or permitting myself to be photographed in a state of partial or total nudity or in a lewd, compromising or sexually suggestive manner constitutes a violation of this provision (this includes photographs of images that may appear on any Web site, such as MySpace of Facebook).”

She signed that!

Her personal beliefs about gay marriage aside, she answered badly not because of what she believes but how she answered, she lied on her application to the pageant and she failed to fulfill her contractual obligations to the pageant.

The pageant organizers have confirmed she was behind in points before the question was asked or answered by the way and so this crap about her losing because of her answer is well...crap.

So, once more we have a so called Christian lying, manipulating others, financially profiting from her so called faith all the while being supported in her deceit by other so called Christians who are pointing fingers and condemning others for pointing out the idiocy, greed, hypocrisy and falseness of the whole damned thing?

If this is the face of modern Christianity then I am proud to say I have no part of it.

then goes on to says another group of citizens do not have equal rights cause god says so

also says the prez and secretary of state feel the same way and that makes her right (how ignorant is that statement)

i guess that means the president is always right (so stop attacking bush after all he was the prez)

she may have looks but brains that is a stretch

true she has the right to say here feelings no doubt but others (including judge 8) has the right to use those feelings to decide how they feel about her

and if she is so moral and concerned why was she exposing her self (between shots) on the photo set

I could care less whether she believes marriage is btwn man/woman or man/horse (just another opinion)

well that one was presented better

but the "spoof" was pretty accurate in the message she portrayed

she is standing by her convictions (good for her)

she tells others to stand by their convictions and not let anyone take them away and to work hard for your beliefs (obviously unless you disagree with her)

still back to the picture issue (whether windy or not the pic was taken in semi nude posture or the wind could not have exposed her)

so just as the publicity (the key here) continues the pagent may be back again next year

oh it will be back alright with more viewers expecting more drama and mayhem from the show

Can honestly say she doesn't represent me in any way, shape, form or fashion.

Ok go look up and learn the difference between these two words "Rights", "Protections". What you mention here are not rights they are protections, put there to help insure equal rights. I have mixed feelings about those protections but they exist. Contrary to what you imply those protections are not directed strictly at gays, in fact gays are a recent addition by historical standards. Those same protections would apply to you if you left your house and were beaten to a pulp for the views you expressed here. Of course as it is with gays, blacks and all other minorities you'd have to prove that was the reason you were beaten up.

As for freedom of speech there are those from all groups who would take away the freedom of speech of the groups that oppose them. I've seen some Christian groups to the same... rather frequently actually.

And finally as for taking away rights from gays you yourself and your new intended, you've taken away (though most likely temporarily) the right for gays to marry in Ca.
