Unfortunately, you're probably better off not even dealing with those troublemakers and their troublemaking threads. All they're meant to do is piss people off and screw this place up even further. Posting stuff there will just result in more crap being flung about. Either that, or someone will tattle on the mods and get you suspended. I learned that lesson on that "Pessimism vs. Cynicism" thread that used to be on the General Forum. It's just not worth the wasted brain usage.

True, but we're all posting our stuff in a public forum, and one of the rules of this forum is that there aren't supposed to be any inflammatory posts or insults posted here, as that will result in suspensions and even bannings.
Sure you gotta stand up for yourself, but forum arguments and flame wars simply don't qualify as worthy candidates for that stuff. PUDDING SHOOTERS!!!

I'm just saying that if people are being attacked or if the topic is just meant to be inflammatory that it should be reported. All you gotta do is read the sticky thread about the forums rules- it plainly says that problem posts like that are not accepted.
And besides- every sane individual knows that not ALL women or men are "the problem" and stuff. To have such an empirical view on that stuff is just myopic at best. PUDDING SHOOTERS!!!

You'll see something that says "report post". When you click it, it'll have a pull-down menu where you can state what the problem is, as well as a little type-in section you can use to type in any additional stuff. Then click "send" and then the mods will look at it. |
