(sorry willing...you can't marry your goat ) yeah we know how everyone wants to get your goat I have no goat and if I did...I would keep it far away from willing and his tutu Hey. I resemble that remark! How did goats get in here? I thought I had them all locked up. You ever look into them big brown eyes and how they c0ck their head to the side? A little lipstick and some alfalfa wins 'em over every time. |

There used to be a joke in the Renaissance Pleasure Fair about the petting zoo doubling as a Norman Brothel at night!
Gives a whole new meaning to the old phrase "wandern' around behind the little animals. Makes me want to washy my hands thinking about it because I have to wonder where that goat had been last night! Damn if there isn't a hole a human won't try to stick something into!!! |

Adoption? Kinda pointless when one chooses a lifestyle that cant possibly produce offspring. Pointless? Hypocritical to nature? Because one can not possibly produce offspring doesn't mean they can not adopt, even straight couples where the women can nor produce children can adopt, would you deny them marriage? Pointless you to maybe but not to those that love chidren. And please with Nature stuff, homosexuality exists in Nature... |

Well, wiccans can be wrong too. The balance has been waaaay off for a while now. lol Kat One of the main goals of many spiritual and mystical paths is to attain a perfect balance within oneself, and to unite conflicting aspects of the self. This is exemplified in the Wiccan Great Rite, which is performed at the Third Degree initiation, and not only represents the unity and balance between the God and Goddess, but the unity and balance between the anima and animus; the masculine and feminine; the yin and yang, within the initiate. Thus it is logical to say that since this is the goal, the God and Goddess should be worshipped and worked with equally. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ While people confuse the issue of masculine and feminine in many ways, in Wiccan my friend tells me that what the balance is, is between the masculine and feminine within both the male and the female. so wiccans are not against homosexuality, though individual Wiccans might be for whatever reason. That said by just one Wiccan I know of, and not being a wiccan myself I can't say, but I do know that we all share the masculine and feminine |

and that is where the gay community loses. They allow it to be turned into a right versus left issue and the whole thing gets hijacked away from their ultimate goal I said it before and I'll say it again. The gay community is screwin it up. When they should be charming and persuasive and convincing, they are being resentful and militant and confrontational. Things like gay marriage will never change until a majority of Americans support that change. and instead of persuading the moderates amd middle of the roaders they are alienating and scaring them While I agree with you Quiet, to some extent and have said so before, let's not forget that many in the Christian community can be just as obnoxious. Most gays know this is not a right and left thing in the public itself, but The Right in politics tends to be the most vocal and in many cases the most hypocritical and fans the flames, which in turn causes a ruckus on both sides. And lets' not pretend that the straights in here that are dismissive and uptight about gays, are really out there and have a clue what the gay community as a whole is really doing one way or the other. |

1gay Pronunciation: \ˈgā\ Function: adjective Etymology: Middle English, from Anglo-French gai, of Germanic origin; akin to Old High German gāhi quick, sudden Date: 14th century 1 a: happily excited : merry <in a gay mood> b: keenly alive and exuberant : having or inducing high spirits <a bird's gay spring song> 2 a: bright, lively <gay sunny meadows> b: brilliant in color I don't see how they adopted the term Gay. Many of 'em come across as sourpusses or dlcktaters. And around and around we go..ugh, Don't know that many gays do you? |

Catching up Boo?
This thread has gone to hell and back literally. Christians or the right wingers or whoever refuses to allow others to live their lives are the problem. This same kind of talk came up and still comes up about minorities that have had to fight to have the rights all Americans should have. The minorities act out and cause their own problems. How can it even be considered acting out unless you cannot see their fight? The minorites just want a free handout of some kind that is why they whine. This one has really stuck too. It is still in politics on the right side pretty tough. They will try to prevent any who they think are undeserving from getting any kind of help at all if they had their way. Including equal rights. Now as for the OP. I do not agree with explicit sex ed concerning any kind of sexual activity. Whether it be heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, LOL beastiality as mentioned on this thread, etc... |

boo...I was referring to what my wiccan friend told me. there are some that actually take it literally Taking things literally seems to have been a problem for centuries. I don't know much about wiccan at all, I have a friend that is one, but she is the only one I know personally. I just read a couple of things on line just now that were pretty interesting about homosexuality and wiccan, if you are wiccan and gay... Won't post them here because it might be too much in favor of gays and tick someone off.. grin! |
