I have no intention of buying a gun. I just can't wrap my brain and these idiots that think that the government is going to take their guns away. It is as if they think that Obama himself is going to come knocking on their door and say, 'Hand over all your guns and ammo!" I don't know about where you live but somehow the people who are in the protect and serve business around these parts are the same people that have NRA bumper stickers on their cars, so please tell me who would they send to pick up the firearms and such?

maybe they are wrong and maybe they are right the problem is that when you find out it's too late to do anything about it the best argument I have heard yet for a person having a gun is "because I want one"

I don't personally know to many brothers who are members of the NRA. Not sure they would be allowed to join.

The NRA is you -- its members ... millions of Americans representing a diverse contrast of age, sex, race and religion. You're patriots one and all. You believe in the Constitution, staunch in the defense of your rights, and you actively pursue some of this country's finest traditions - Hunting and Sports Shooting. you realize that people make the choice to join the NRA right???? so if you don't want to...then don't. but the NRA isn't what you described

Anyone is welcome to join and support the right to bare arms. Look past your hate for whites and you'll see, our oppressors are on Capital Hill.

I am a bit paranoid because I may be the only person within a 100 mile radius of me who does not own a gun. Today at my son's soccer practice two parents were discussing the fact that one was unable to find any ammo for her gun in any of the local stores, her type is sold out and the other was lamenting the fact that his type, the price had doubled. Apparently, everybody and their mother literally are stocking up on guns and ammo. The rumor I heard from these parents is that the Obama administration is going to consider anyone who buys a lot of guns and ammo a terrorist. OMG!!! I wouldn't fear anything. At least they are supporting GDP which should in turn raise out economy right? I don't think you will see violence until you see a world currency or north american currency being started. Or they try taking everyone's guns away by force. Weird fact, the more people are armed, the less violence there tends to be. It kinda makes sense when you think about it...

The way i see it, as long as no one takes our guns away, or tries to override our ability to make out own money, than we have nothing to worry about. Until then, let people do some shooting practice.
