If I made enough to support him and me, then yes, and if we were compatible, and he had a good heart, and all the rest of it, then yes, but if we both made minimum and I could not take care of him financially then maybe not,,this is a toughie, cause actually this is the one of the top three reasons marriages fall apart, just looking at this realistically.

Money means nothing. Try telling that to the collection agency, or the landlord, or the mortgage company.

I work.. What's minimum wage these days anyway, $7.50? Oh, yes, I'd date a woman that made minimum. At least she has a work ethic. I looked it up it's $6.55 an hour up here in canada , one of election platforms is to raise it to 10.00it should be, people put in lottsa hours to survive .

Would you date someone who made minimum wage ? YES. money isn't everything to me. been there done that lost 236,000 cash a home 2 cars all free and clear (no debt) and paid child support of 375 a month for 1 child in the 70's. learned then you can have it , but you can't keep it.

Sure - I've taken care of myself and my kiddo for ever on my own so I don't 'need' his $ to help. If he's doing what he has to to get by and or is enjoy it, then more power to him

Being willing to HAVE a job counts big-time.

When they ask how much I make... its a done deal...I am out of there. to many people who claim to be looking for a relationship base it on material things/ finances. I can support myself and even 1 other person if need be. to me its an issue I have about dating sites.
