Always thought it would be cool to live in the statue of liberty. Would put a great deck around the crown and make an awsome party room in the torch.

And if it's infested with bats I'll take Vin Diesel....

Yeah...I kinda had a hunch that it might be the bulbous nose. Just too cuddly-wuddly. |

Ty Pennington is a putz. I agree with that. But still, send him over shirtless. I only need a few hours of his time. After all, I want to live in a lighthouse anyway. And no way I'd use him as a carpenter. |

Refurbish and aircraft carrier to be the worlds greatest party boat and use it to get over my fear of the sea. The aircraft hangar could easily be converted into a kick @ss club.
And it could sleep 5,000 of my closest friends! |

I have always liked old commercial buildings with the old brick walls and the high ceilings and tall windows! They would make some cool spaces.

Yeah, Bodie Island Lighthouse would be cool, too....way too many stairs though. I'll stick with Mount Vernon. Just sitting on that porch in a rocking chair and enjoying the view of the Potomac in the fall with all the pretty colors is total bliss. I wouldn't make any changes to the actual structure either. Just update the rooms a little bit...well and install plumbing. lol

This one....
....but, I'd probably just keep it as is. |

The greatest place would have a beautiful surise so you would look forward in the morning to opening your eyes, and a sunset reflecting on the water that would make every evening hard to close my eyes.
I think it would be a houseboat on Cumberland or a condo in Myrtle beach. Thats my idea of perfect.......... |

One of the places I'd like to live is in an old Missionary-style church out West somewhere...with the wrought iron detail & red clay tile roof. And it's GOTTA have the stained glass windows...of course, I'd have my bedroom up on the altar platform... I'd also want to utilize the church pews for dining & outside seating...hopefully, it would also have exposed beams...
