My goal for a whole year was to develop the glutimus maximus, and minus...(My arse muscles)... to get myself a JLo butt... I wanted to be able to rest a 20 cent piece, or coffee cup on the top of my flexed butt muscles...
I know.... some people need to get a life...

I have been focusing on this area quite a bit lately because I read somewhere how much women check out guys butts. So, in the gym I have been spending more time doing squats and leg presses more than anything else. We will see if it works.
