For sure people are not using them. Death wishes all around the globe.

I work in retail....we sell pregnancy tests. They are our biggest seller. I kid you not. Mostly teenagers though. From very early to to mid teens and up.. It saddens me. I see some of these girls over and over again. I tell them a lot "I can tell you how to not get pregnant". I usually get this quirky look with an impish smile.
When we get in thousands of tests every month and they sell out before the next shipment....what does that tell you?

It scares me that these teens that know everything aren't listening to anyone.

My own neice told me that all they teach in school is "abstinence only" "which is stupid" according to her, and it does not work. She had to learn from friends how to use a condom...which she doesn't (most of the time)we found out. She knew nearly nothing about the truth of aids. Now she is too smart to hear what anyone trys to tell her about std's and aids and unwanted pregnancy. She tells us it is her business and we need to stay out of her sex life. This girl is in her early 17th year. She has been having sex for over a year and a half. She has already had an std.

We need to do our jobs early and not assume they get correct facts about sex and the after effects of it.
According to her....almost all of her friends have been having sex for a long time. To think our kids can be trusted...is foolish.

Abstinenace is not realistic. Unless you get a child early in life to listen. Once they are teens...forget it. They have their peers and the minds are already made up.

Abstinence as a way to avoid STDs is perfectly effective. Just like starving to avoid food poisoning.

Winx we all know condoms prevent Aids and other STD's but my point is nobody is going to use them and they haven't been using them.Even here in America alot of people refuse to use condoms.Even prostitutes go with out using them. It's not going to solve the problem. These people need to get married and only have sex with one person. The most effective way that is going to happen is to go to church, follow the bible, and lead moral life.

Thomas,

You previously said, "Condoms in Africa has not slowed the rate of Aids as any chart will show you."

Now you're saying that condoms do prevent AIDS. What chart are you talking about, btw? I showed sites that showed that condoms prevents AIDS.

CAPE TOWN, South Africa - In her AIDS-scarred South African township, Sweetness Mzolisa leads a chorus of praise for George W. Bush that echoes to the deserts of Namibia, the hills of Rwanda and the villages of Ethiopia.

Like countless Africans, Mzolisa looks forward to Barack Obama becoming America's first black president Jan 20. But — like countless Africans — Mzolisa says she will always be grateful to Bush for his war on AIDS, which has helped to treat more than 2 million Africans, support 10 million more, and revitalize the global fight against the disease.

funny how they hate him here but he is a hero in Africa

"The Bush regime has been divisive ... created bitterness — but not here in Africa. Here, his administration has saved millions of lives,"
-Bob Geldoff (founder of BandAid)

Bush spent to much money and time on every other place in this world but here...I think about what that money should have done here, in the US...Its great to be chariable but not when people here are suffering. Charity starts at home!!!

Just remember, the overall agenda is de-population, so this makes sense. Aids is a bio-weapon designed for this purpose. Big pharma is making money off the new drugs. Why so little attention towards "alternative" and "natural" forms of treatment - which cost much less. That should be the real story here. Big Pharma profiting off of peoples misery once again.
