american citizen...imagine being taken to court or jailed
for language use?...want to shut down a website?..use a
controversial word...
also tagged onto this monster is a provision to jack the
mailing rates on suppliers like American Free Press...in
other words drive them out of business with expenses....

call you congress people...NO TO THE HATE BILL ...we

HR 1592....Hate Crime Legislation...this is the bill that will kill the
internet
if they pass it..websites considered controversial will be done away
with..
they are voting today on this monster..

HR 1736...NAFTA highway...did you know they want to give land to Mex
outside
of Kansas City that will be sovereign soil for Mex truckers to gather...


Ask yourself ...why would congress say yes to either of these
bills....Who benefits?

sorry, that may have been for the wrong year. this one is actually dated
2007, and appears to be solely about ground water in juab county, utah.
but there are still NO kansas city OR mexico references!

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CONJUNCTIVE USE OF SURFACE AND GROUNDWATER IN JUAB COUNTY,
UTAH.

Section 202(a)(2) of the Reclamation Projects Authorization and
Adjustment Act of 1992 (Public Law 102-575) is amended by inserting
`Juab,' after `Davis,'.

this is a ridiculous bill. almost as ridiculous as the patriot act. i
can't believe how american's are just sitting their while congress is
passing such flagrantly wrong legislation.

they keep doing it all under the guise of national security too, which
is a huge sham.

for example, i recently had to get my passport. inside every passport
now is an RFID radio chip. these things are passively powered, meaning
any geek (myself included) with the right equipment can read your
passport information if he stands close enough to the customs counter at
the airport.

to boot, the chips cannot be used for ID purposes, and you still must
present the full paper passport at the customs desk. Thus, the chips
serve no pupose at all. Even more, the 9/11 terrorists had fully
acceptable and correct passports because prior to the event they had
done nothing wrong. So even if the chips had existed 10 years ago, they
would have not done any good in preventing 9/11.

i think stuff like this is completely illegal. it's just another way for
the NSA to spy on you, yet most people could care less.

"Hate Crime Bill" What did you expect from the politically correct liberal left something that made sense? You keep electing thses morons and then whine when they do something stupid. They are more concerned with gathering enough votes to keep their sorry butts in office than with doing anything that is actually good for America. Perhaps that is why Congress' approval rating is one percentage point lower than the president according to today's paper.

One other thing about sovriegn soil, any embassy grounds is sovreign soil. That means the Russian Embassy grounds in the U.S. is Russian Soil and vice versa.

About the Passports of the 9/11 terrorists, they didn't have U.S. passports, they had passports from their countries of origin. They has Visas to enter the U.S. so what is required to be included in a U.S. Passport will have no effect on a terrorist from another country.
