i was looking at some peeps today and saw that some of them had "message filters" ... such as one had to be a non-smoker or not have kids or be single, etc. so how do i go about setting up these filters for myself? thanks!

sorry, that may have been for the wrong year. this one is actually dated
2007, and appears to be solely about ground water in juab county, utah.
but there are still NO kansas city OR mexico references!

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CONJUNCTIVE USE OF SURFACE AND GROUNDWATER IN JUAB COUNTY,
UTAH.

Section 202(a)(2) of the Reclamation Projects Authorization and
Adjustment Act of 1992 (Public Law 102-575) is amended by inserting
`Juab,' after `Davis,'.

don't see anything about mexico being given land ANYWHERE in the U.S. in
this bill. or is there more to the bill than what is available to the
public??? i thought this "thomas" site was a reputable one for these
things!
