Some love is real...I truly believe love can even be eternal. It's energy, is it not? Chemical or otherwise.
My mother has been gone 5 years...my grandmother gone now for some 45 years...I feel their love for me still. Maybe it is that we love the person we think someone is and vice versa...instead of the person as he/she actually is? When I finally saw my ex for the person he really is, I didn't love the man I married any less. I realize now that the man I married was a figment of my own imagination...a combined delusion - his efforts as well as my own - to decieve me. Shame, but I think we all do it. |

It's a big world...filled with many, many people. You are young with so much left to experience. It sounds trite, I know, but my grandmother used to remind me that 'the world doesn't stand still'. What is today will be different tomorrow. I never truly believed it until I saw how my life changed these last 2 years. Even at 55...life offers opportunities I never would have imagined possible. Please don't close yourself off to them .
