Yesterday I put most my hair in lil braids and put a few stripes in the top of my hair
AND.........colored it and............ my hair looks EXACTLY the same as it did before I colored it

The local pizza bar/restaurant grill thingo place...does the best fresh made as you wait pizza....they have the dough fresh made every day, and do the base in front of you then load it up... the vego one, (my favourite) has basil pesto, as a base sauce, and every known yummy vegetable known to man.
