There are people who listen and then there are those who wait for their turn to talk. We have similar ideas.
I tend to lump people into two broad categories. Category one: Those that listen to what you have to say and respond. Category two: Those that wait for you to pause (or maybe not) and jump right back in with both feet. They rarely ever wait their turn. |

I can put the phone down go get myself a drink then to the bathroom. Pick the phone back up and say "uh huh." She never knows I'm gone. I've done it in front of friends. It is quite funny. |
