Thank you Phenoix I do not drink any more. And Tylenol does not even
phase me. Trust me I have gone through almost half a bottle trying to
trick myself into thinking so.

Tylenol will only lessen pain, if there is inflammation, which I am sure
there is, it won't touch it. You need an antiinflammatory to get the
inflammation down, like ibuprofen, even aspirin is an antiinflammatory,
Aleve, Advil. Another thing that helps along with physical therapy is
massage therapy. When I herniated a disc I had it pressing on my
sciatic nerve, caused constant burning down the outside of my leg 24/7,
and even had foot drop in that leg, my doc was a DO, one of the best in
the business, and did really gentle manipulations, and I did physical
therapy and massage therapy all at teh same time, took 4 months but I
was totally out of pain. Also took antiinflammatories. Lodine worked
for me, the only one I could take on my stomach, is prescription. But I
too know how much pain these cause. Heating pad too, lived on it while
I was at home. BOss even got me an ergonomic chair for work. But ask
about massage therapy, I swear by it.

um ,, I have chronic back pain lily , if I lose another pound I will
blow away in the next wind storm ,,
I know its agony ((((WHISPERS)))) I have had chronic back pain for over
ten years ,, and sometimes they just cant fix ya ...
and meds ,,I am allergic to them so none for me,, and it is not a good
idea to take those for long though if you can take meds ,, an you dont
want to numb your self to much and cause further injury either ... not
easy to deal with I know
